The design of the 102,500 sq.ft, six storey Inland Revenue office building recognises the prominence of this city centre site by creating a bold statement adopting a strongly articulated form. Smooth curved facades incorporating ribbon glazing, canopies and terraces face the Ringway and main entrance elevation. Whilst the staggered plan form of the stair and core areas, combined with the pillars of cladding and generous vertical glazing offering views of the feature stairs, provide a distinctive silhouette against the skyline.
