B&Q RDC, Doncaster

At the time of construction this 800,000 sq.ft. distribution centre for B&Q was the largest pre-let in the UK. The fully racked distribution centre measures 12m to haunch with 33 level access doors along each side, protected by a continuous canopy, enabling a cross flow operation, between the two 50m service yards.
