Barberry acquired approximately 2.5 acres on the Centrum 100 Business Park and speculatively constructed a 30,000 sq. ft. (2,785 sq. m) starter unit office scheme arranged in two buildings with individual units ranging in size from 1,620 sq. ft. (150 sq. m) to 4,420 sq. ft. (410 sq. m). The buildings comprised traditional materials used in an clean, crisp contemporary way, with careful attention paid to the external detailing in particular.
